This is an old 1930s fireplace that I salvaged from a neighbour's house with the intention of installing it in mine, but my plans changed and now I need the space. It needs renovating, a couple of the orange tiles are cracked and the old fireback is breaking up (this is not a problem as an entire free-standing fireback is easily obtained). the Art Nouveau copper damper is beautiful but not original, it came from a salvage yard.
It's quite heavy so would need a couple of people to lift it.
